Florida’s 67 Circuit and County Courts ARE Next!  Miami Dade has been advancing towards Electronic Filings in its Traffic Court Division - there are no paper files in Traffic.  Thousands of traffic cases are scanned with their dockets and pleadings electronically accessible to prosecutors, defense attorneys and the Court, with a click of a Mouse! Before the end of the year, we anticipate the Family, Circuit, County and Probate divisions will follow!
